WHAT: |
WE ARE A COMEDY IMPROVISATIONAL TROUPE OF ACTORS.EACH PROGRAM IS TAILORED FOR EACH INDIVIDUAL GROUP.
IT'S A FUN, EDUCATIONAL WAY TO ENGAGE AUDIENCES IN
SPECIFIC ISSUES OR JUST HAVE A FUN NIGHT!
|
HOW: |
USING INTERACTIVE TECHNIQUES, SUCH AS IMPROVISATIONAL GAMES,
ROLE-PLAYING AND SOCIO-DRAMA, WE EXPLORE SOCIAL ISSUES AND RESOLVE CONFLICTS. IS IT JUST FOR FUN? WE CAN DO THAT TOO. THINK "WHOSE LINE IS IT ANYWAY?"
WE TAKE SUGGESTIONS FROM THE AUDIENCE SO THAT OUR PERFORMANCE REFLECTS WHAT YOU'RE THINKING; THEN, WE BRING THE AUDIENCE RIGHT INTO THE ACTION ON STAGE WITH US!
|
WHERE: |
WE COME TO YOU! JUST NAME THE VENUE AND WE'LL WORK IN YOUR SPACE!
|
the program:
Corporate Action Theatre always begins in a humorous format since that is the best way to break down barriers and lower resistance. Slowly the hour is tailored to the subject at hand. If it's just for fun, then we do a comedic performance the entire time.
Usually the length of the program is 45-60 minutes but we have done longer or shorter workshops when requested.
Our group is completely improvisational and interactive and the show is facilitated using four or five actors. The actors are a diversified group and always reflect the audience, so different ages, races and religions are employed. In addition to getting suggestions from the audience, people come up to role-play and resolve issues.
It is a highly effective way to deal with delicate topics and audience feedback is always positive!

what people have to say:
"One of my staff members said he learned more in the 2 hours with you than he did in the entire previous week of training. Others asked that we make sure your
workshop remains part of the training program each year."
"It was so great to hear them laughing and sharing with your group and with one another. I strongly feel that the workshop you conducted with them is directly responsible for how well they have bonded and how
open they are with one another in terms of sharing ideas and supporting each other. Many thanks for a job well done!"
